'This is Hepatitis ...' campaign is looking for bloggers ...

The World Hepatitis Alliance is launching a new global website and blog to promote the ‘This is hepatitis…’ campaign ahead of World Hepatitis Day 2010.

They are looking for 12 people from 12 different countries to tell their personal story through their own blog - what it's like living with viral hepatitis: the physical and emotional impact etc

The aim is to empower others who may be living with the disease through the sharing of motivational stories, and to provide a forum in which people around the world can come together and talk about their own experiences.

So ... if you think you could do it, download the application form now! Completed applications must be emailed back to the World Hepatitis Alliance by December 24th, for selection in early January.

In addition to the blog, they are also looking to feature personal stories of people living with viral hepatitis and/or who are indirectly affected, such as friends and family members.

This might be of interest to someone who does not have the time to blog regularly but still wants to tell their story. Also, unlike the blog, this can be done anonymously.

If you are interested, email the World Hepatitis Alliance directly.
