Many people who attend peer support groups say that it has vastly enhanced their ability to cope with some of the challenges that living with HIV can throw up at times.

Having a cuppa and a chat with others who have had to face similar fears and obstacles, as well as those who are feeling great about life, having overcome such challenges, can be really helpful - both practically and therapeutically.
